Landsberg, September 7, 2011 – Stinova, a leading provider of Digital Signage Software solutions and content production services and congatec, an innovative hardware manufacturer of embedded computer boards will jointly present their latest developments at the 2011 OVAB Munich Digital Signage conference from September 14 – 16.
Stinova will exhibit innovative software extensions to its Digital Media Player software for PC-based platforms. Two of the many extensions on display will be glasses –free 3D content for auto-stereoscopic 3D screens and 3D Facial Recognition for real-time audience measurement. For the retailer, Facial Recognition provides important statistical information such as customer count, dwell time in front of the display, direction of movement, gender, and age categories. In addition to the valuable statistical data, content can be made more ‘dynamic’ in response to the target audience.
